What is Salon STE?

Salon STE is a salon-suite property at 3242 N. Pulaski Rd., Chicago, IL 60641. Instead of renting a chair on an open floor, licensed professionals rent a private, enclosed room and run their own business out of it.

Who are the suites for?

Licensed hairstylists, barbers, estheticians, nail technicians, lash and brow artists, makeup artists and licensed massage therapists. If your service isn't on that list, ask — some uses need additional approvals before we can say yes.

What does it cost?

Suites run $300–$600 per week depending on the room. You'll get the exact rate for a specific suite on your tour, in writing, before you commit to anything.

What do I control?

Your prices, your hours, your service menu, your retail, your booking system, your client records and how your room looks and feels.

What comes with the suite?

Inclusions are confirmed room by room rather than advertised as a blanket list. Ask on your tour and you'll get the specifics for the suite you're considering.

What's required to move in?

A current Illinois license for the service you perform, your own liability coverage, and a signed agreement. Bring your license information to the tour and the process moves quickly.

What happens after I request a tour?

You'll hear back with tour times. The walkthrough takes about 20 minutes: you'll see the available rooms, the shared areas, and get the rate and terms for the suite you like.
